Only natural persons resident in Austria who have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate. Participation in the competition is possible from 07.04.2025 to 22.04.2025 at 23:59.
Only one entry per person is possible. The participant acknowledges that only complete entries can be considered and is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. The participant acknowledges that the photos of the prizes are merely examples.
1 Tek Encore MSO22 and 2 FLUKE T6-1000 electrical testers will be raffled off among the participants. The winners will be drawn by ARTEMES GmbH on 23 April 2023 in camera and contacted by ARTEMES GmbH in writing by email (notification of winnings).
In order to claim the prize, the winners must contact ARTEMES GmbH at sales@artemes.org within 7 calendar days of receiving notification of the prize. Thereafter, the winners will be asked to provide their contact details (i.e. full name, home address and e-mail address) by e-mail to sales@artemes.org. Otherwise the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be chosen. The data transmitted for the purpose of claiming the prize will be collected and used exclusively for the purpose of organising the competition. The formalities for handing over the prize will be agreed individually with the winners. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed in cash.

By participating in the competition, you agree that your personal data, i.e. first name, surname, e-mail address and postal address, will be processed by ARTEMES GmbH for the purpose of contacting you after your participation in the competition and that the data (first name, surname, e-mail address, postal address) will be transmitted to Österreichische Post AG in the course of the prize transfer. This consent can be revoked at any time.
