VFT measurements in GIS-systems (gas-isolated systems) provide information about voltage peaks during switching operations. The main focus here is on disconnector circuits. ARTEMES has developed its own VFT-adapters for this purpose, which can be connected to your system using a standard N-connector.

In addition to transient measurements, the adapters can also be used for harmonic measurements. Not only the frequency ranges up to 2.5 kHz, but also the new interesting ranges up to 150 kHz can be recorded.

ARTEMES VFT-Adapter for N-Connector

The VFT-adapter from ARTEMES for N-connectors is available with 2 or 6 nF. It is internally terminated for N-BNC cables with 500 hm and can therefore be connected to oscilloscopes with conventional probes (recommendation 1:10).

Connection to the AM-4 and AM-60 series measuring devices is also possible.

Certified According to ISO9001

The adapter in combination with Tektronix oscilloscopes (1GHz) for measurements in VFT-systems is a verified combination.

ARTEMES not only offers the products, but also carries out measurements and prepares expert reports.

We are also certified according to ISO9001 - specifically for these activities.
