Unbalanced low voltage probes
Unbalanced low-voltage probes are generally used for measuring ground-related high-speed signals of up to 12 V. These low voltage probes are ideal for measurements on high impedance, high frequency circuit elements that require minimal probe load. Users should select probes with a low input capacitance to minimise the probe load on the circuit. A probe with a lower input capacitance will result in a higher input impedance at high frequencies.
Tektronix unbalanced low voltage probes are characterised by the following features:
- Bandwidths of up to 4 GHz.
- Very high input impedance with low input capacitance
- Optimum measuring performance thanks to the most comprehensive set of accessories for probes
Probe. Unbalanced. Low voltage.
With extremely low input capacitance and a unique interface, the TAP2500, TAP3500 and TAP4000 active, single-ended FET probes provide excellent high-speed electrical and mechanical performance required for modern digital system designs.
