Current probes

Tektronix current probe solutions are characterised by the following features:

• Broadest range of current probes for both AC/DC and AC only
• Measuring accuracy from uAs to 2,000 A
• Best bandwidth of up to 120 MHz in its class
• Best current clamp sensitivity in the industry at an astonishingly low 1 mA
• The only products with a safety certificate issued by a third party (UL, CSA, ETL)
• The only products with bare wire nominal voltage
• Automatic display and scaling when used with Tektronix oscilloscopes. This means that you do not have to convert the voltage values into current values or set the scaling manually.

TRCP series

The Rogowski current probes of the TRCP series are equipped with a BNC connector and work with any instrument that supports the BNC interface. With Rogowski probes, you can easily connect large connection points such as busbars or small IC legs of a MOSFET or IGBT.

The TRCP0300 and TRCP0600 are designed for use with small form factor components. These AC-only Rogowski probes feature a thin, flexible coil that can be easily wrapped around test points such as the leg of a transistor.
