Unsymmetrical high voltage probes
An unsymmetrical high voltage probe is usually used to measure ground reference signals up to 40 kV. However, some unbalanced probes are intended for devices with isolated or floating inputs when no measurements of ground reference signals are made.
Tektronix high voltage probes are characterised by the following features:
- Best bandwidth in the industry of up to 800 MHz
- Industry's best probe load with an input capacitance of an astonishingly low 1.8 pF
- The only products with a safety certificate issued by a third party (UL, CSA, ETL)
- Most comprehensive accessory set for probes
Probe. Unbalanced. High voltage.
... for measuring the residual ripple in DC high-voltage power supply units.
