High voltage differential probes
High-voltage differential probes are used to measure the voltage difference between two test points where neither test point is connected to ground. Tektronix high voltage differential probes can be used for signals up to 6,000V. These probes are particularly suitable for measuring non-grounded, floating or isolated signals. This is mainly due to their common mode rejection capability. Tektronix is responsible for the development, manufacture and maintenance of these products.
