Busbar probe
The new busbar probe covers busbar transient events up to 4 GHz and offers an offset voltage range of ±60 V for measuring power supplies from the connector to the contact of an integrated circuit. It also offers a wide dynamic range of ±1 V, allowing you to view drops in the line or current drops due to a load or transient on higher voltage busbars.
Combined with the right scope, this powerful connection means you'll never have to worry about whether the noise you're seeing is coming from your test equipment or from aggressors in your system that you couldn't see before.
Power rail probe provides a low load for accuracy (especially for the most sensitive measurements) and offers low noise and high bandwidth options.
