Current probes

Tektronix current probe solutions are characterised by the following features:

• Broadest range of current probes for both AC/DC and AC only
• Measuring accuracy from uAs to 2,000 A

• Best current clamp sensitivity in the industry at an astonishingly low 1 mA
• The only products with a safety certificate issued by a third party (UL, CSA, ETL)

• Automatic display and scaling when used with Tektronix oscilloscopes. This means you do not have to convert the voltage values into current values or set the scaling manually.

TRCP3000

The Rogowski current probes of the TRCP series are equipped with a BNC connector and work with any instrument that supports the BNC interface. With Rogowski probes, you can easily connect large connection points such as busbars or small IC legs of a MOSFET or IGBT.

The TRCP3000 has a larger coil that can handle large overload currents without damage. This probe is easy to use and can be used in hard-to-reach places and wrapped around larger test points such as busbars.
