The TBS1000 series digital oscilloscopes help engineers and trainers to reliably display signals.
It delivers high performance (1 GS/s or 500 MS/s sampling rates) with excellent accuracy (3% DC gain accuracy down to 2 mV). A new waveform logging feature allows the operator to store up to eight hours of triggered waveforms on a USB flash drive.
The TBS1000's waveform limit check allows the user to monitor waveform extensions and pass/fail results at the output. The user interface of the TBS1000 offers intuitive operation and is equipped with the most common measurement types and analysis functions.
